United Healthcare
UMR Optum Behavioral
UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus has approved our providers for their commercial plans and EAP services. Medicare plans are not covered in our contract with UHC.
Network Health
Network Health provides a variety of plans and services. We at the Center are contracted to provide EAP and Mental Health Services. All Medicare plans are excluded from our contract at this time.
TriCare / VA Community Care
For a number of years the Center for Family Healing has desired to aid the veterans and family members who have served to protect the freedom of our country. It is our goal to be trauma informed and trained to aid each veteran uniquely.
